Setting your iOS device ready for Automation
Here are the steps to follow, to setting your iOS device ready for Automation.
- On the phone go to General -> Profiles & Device Management, check whether your developer account is displayed.
- Go to Settings -> Safari > AutoFill.
- Click the Autofill icon and uncheck User names and passwords.
- To clear any saved usernames and passwords, click Edit to the right of User names and passwords.
- Go to Settings -> Safari -> Advanced
- Enable JavaScript, Web Inspector
7.To make sure connection is established, go back to Appium Studio and click on “Safari” -> Code and Run. It establishes communication to device and tries to open Safari browser.
